By accessing or using the SONARO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sonaro Group LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of New Jersey.
SONARO is an online marketplace platform that connects DJs with venues (restaurants, lounges, event spaces) for booking entertainment services. The Service facilitates communication, booking requests, proposals, and payment processing between parties.
Sonaro Group LLC acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not a party to any agreements between DJs and venues.
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this Service.
3.2 Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 DJs: DJ users represent that they have the necessary licenses, permits, and insurance to provide entertainment services. DJs are responsible for fulfilling all bookings they accept.
4.2 Venues: Venue users represent that they have authority to book entertainment services on behalf of their establishment and will provide accurate event details.
4.3 Independent Contractors: All DJs using the platform are independent contractors, not employees of Sonaro Group LLC.
5.1 Booking Process: Venues may submit booking requests to DJs. DJs may respond with proposals. A binding agreement is formed only when a venue accepts a DJ's proposal.
5.2 Payment Processing: All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe).Sonaro Group LLC may charge service fees on transactions.
5.3 Deposits: Bookings may require a deposit payment. Deposit amounts and terms are specified in each proposal.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sonaro Group LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Sonaro Group LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with the Service.
9.1 AS-IS Service: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
9.2 No Liability for User Conduct: Sonaro Group LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR THE QUALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY DJs.
9.3 Limitation of Liability: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Sonaro Group LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9.4 Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL Sonaro Group LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO Sonaro Group LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sonaro Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11.1 Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, you agree to first contact Sonaro Group LLCto attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
11.2 Arbitration: Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in New Jersey.
11.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you and Sonaro Group LLC individually. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in New Jersey, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
Sonaro Group LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Sonaro Group LLC may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
