Venues will find your profile and send booking requests. Review the details and respond with a custom proposal including your pricing and terms.

The Booking Process

Receive Booking Request

A venue sends you a request with event details, date, expected guests, and their requirements. Review it carefully in your "My Bookings" dashboard.

Create Your Proposal

Submit a detailed proposal with your total price, hours included, equipment list, and any special requirements. Be clear about what's included in your service.

Venue Accepts

The venue reviews your proposal and accepts it. The booking is now confirmed and appears in your confirmed bookings list.

Perform & Get Paid

Show up on the event date, deliver an amazing performance, and receive payment. After the event, both parties can leave reviews.

Is there a membership fee?

We offer both free and premium membership options. Free members can create profiles and receive bookings. Premium members ($29.99/month) get unlimited bookings, priority support, and advanced features.

How does payment work?

All payments are handled directly between DJs and venues. SONARO provides the platform for connection and booking management, but does not process payments.

What if I need to cancel a booking?

You can cancel a booking through your dashboard. Cancellation policies and refund terms are set by individual DJs and agreed upon in the proposal. Always review these terms before confirming a booking.
